Chapter 27
The Tiny Yellow Wing and the Sweet Water Drop
Year 1 of the Rainbow Era, Spring Late Afternoon
A tiny yellow butterfly with sparkly wings lands on Chloe's long pink hair and makes her giggle with joy.
The Sweet Morning Dew
Chloe sits very still in the soft green grass. The tiny yellow butterfly stays right on her pink hair. Chloe giggles because it tickles her head.
Blossom brings a bright green leaf. The leaf has a round drop of sparkling water on it. Chloe dips her finger in the water. She offers a tiny drop to the butterfly.
The yellow butterfly drinks the sweet water. It flaps its shiny wings happily in the warm air.
The Shoe Dance
The tiny yellow butterfly leaves Chloe's pink hair. It flies over to land softly on Blossom's sparkly green shoe.
Blossom smiles big. She hums a sweet little tune with her soft voice. The yellow butterfly dances up and down in the warm air to the music.
Pip claps his hands together. Chloe laughs a happy laugh. The sun shines down on the green meadow, and the day is full of bright colors and joy.
