About Aether Observer
Aether Observer is a website and app for stories that keep going. You tell it what happens next, and it writes the next chapter, remembering the characters, the places and everything that has already happened.
What you can do with it
Stories. Grow your own story one chapter at a time, or make bedtime adventures with your kids. The characters and places are remembered, so the story carries on where you left off.
TTRPG Logs. Type or photograph your tabletop session notes and get the session written up as a story, with the loot, quests and lore your table has found kept track of. See the TTRPG Log.
Whole worlds. Add events and watch a world and its history build up, day by day. Browse stories others have chosen to share on Discover.
Who makes it
Aether Observer is a small independent project. It started with bedtime stories for our own kids, who always wanted to pick up right where we left off. The stories, pictures and voices are made with AI from what you add; the page How we use AI says exactly which services are used and what they see.
The name
Aether Observer is this website, aetherobserver.com, and the story and tabletop app described on this page. It is not related to other software that happens to share the name.
