Chapter 42

The Fuzzy Green Hair Tickle and the Leaf Nibble

Year 1 of the Rainbow Era, Spring Late Afternoon

Blossom sneezed a tiny fairy sneeze while wearing her clover crown, making Chloe and Pip laugh and roll in the green grass under the warm golden light.

Chloe sits very still under the big green fern leaf. Her long pink hair shines in the warm golden light. A tiny fuzzy green caterpillar sits right on top of her head. The little bug wiggles its head up and down. Chloe giggles softly so she does not scare her new friend.

Blossom and Pip point right at Chloe's pink hair. They have big happy smiles on their faces. The caterpillar tickles Chloe's head as it crawls down slowly. It reaches a wide green leaf held out by Pip. The little bug takes a tiny bite out of the leaf. It makes a soft crunch sound that makes Blossom clap her hands with joy.
