Turn your session notes into a campaign story
After a good session, the notes usually end up as scribbles in a notebook or a messy group chat. A few weeks later, nobody remembers what the party promised the innkeeper.
Aether Observer turns those notes into a written chapter of your campaign, and keeps the whole history straight as it grows.
How it works
- Start a TTRPG Log and type in your game system. It works with any game, from D&D and Pathfinder to Call of Cthulhu or your own homebrew, and uses that game's own words.
- After each session, add your notes. Type them, or snap a photo of your notebook.
- Get the session written up as a chapter. It's written only from your notes. Nothing is invented. You can fix anything it got wrong.
For the person running the game
- Prep starts from last session's recap, not a pile of loose notes.
- The people, places and plot threads your notes mention are tracked for you in Lore, ready to look up mid-game.
- Search the whole campaign for that one name you half-remember.
For the players
- Read the recap before the next session and arrive knowing where you left off.
- Missed a game? Catch up in a couple of minutes.
- Add portraits of your characters, or turn a session into a comic.
- A loot sheet that fills in from your notes: check what the party found, and track who has what.
- A quest log that keeps itself up to date: new quests and progress from each session's notes, ready for the table to check.
Share it with your table
Share the campaign with your group so everyone can read along. Players can add their own notes too.
